Thanks both of you! I have 3 crabs. 1jumbo 2 small. I have a 10 gallon but i am going to upgrade soon.I use coconut fiber. I have seen 1 death by taking of shell.Her name was Willow (same as my username!).My other one's names are RockNroll my other small one is Maple and my jumbo is Elm(as you can see i love trees!).

Hello, welcome to Hermit Crabs ~R~ Us!!! How many hermit crabs do you have, and what are their names??? Also, what substrate/substrates do you use, and how many gallons is your crabitat??? I have 5 hermit crabs named Romeo, Elmo, Juliet, Wasabi, and Smokey. . . They are housed in a 30-gallon glass aquarium with 3" of EE (Eco Earth) as substrate. . . I feed them pelleted crab food, and occasionally coconut and brine shrimp. . .;););)
